The role involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to deliver accurate workforce solutions, automate data flows, and ensure compliance and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nUKG Pro WFM (Core Focus)\nLead end-to-end implementation and support of UKG Pro WFM modules:\nTime & Attendance \nAccruals and leave management \nScheduling, Advance scheduling and forecasting \nPay Rules \nAttestation \nWorkforce Analytics \nClocks \nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into UKG WFM configurations.\nConfigure and maintain:\nPay rules, work rules, meal/break rules \nOvertime, holiday, shift differentials \nAccrual policies and leave rules \nSupport UAT, parallel payroll testing, and production deployments.\nTroubleshoot real time data issues related to timecards, pay calculations, clocks , integration and reports.\nCreate functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and SOPs.\nProvide post-go-live support, enhancements, and optimization.\nDell Boomi - Integration & Middleware\nDesign and develop Boomi AtomSphere integrations between:\nUKG Pro (WFM / Core / Payroll), HR, third-party applications\nBuild and manage:\nAPI-based integrations (REST/SOAP)\nFile-based and event-based integrations\nConfigure and maintain:\nBoomi Processes, Connectors, Profiles\nRuntimes and Environments\nImplement error handling, logging, alerts, and retries.\nOptimize integration performance and ensure high availability.\nSupport integration testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nKey Skill:\nStrong experience in UKG Pro WFM. \nHave a good understanding of implementing requirements generated by payroll processes and labor laws \nExperience working with global or multi-country WFM setups \nStrong knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs ,XML, JSON, flat files Integration lifecycle and deployment best practices \nProficiency in SQL for backend data querying and troubleshooting. \nUnderstanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nEmployment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
