You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems across the organization.\nYou will be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead by example-demonstrating deep technical expertise, mentoring peers, and driving initiatives that align with business and IT goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and support endpoint infrastructure for both onsite and remote users.\nEnsure high availability and reliability of systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.\nPatch management and security remediation efforts across the environment.\nImplement system upgrades and enhancements in alignment with business needs.\nAnalyze, design, and maintain software solutions that support endpoint operations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.\nCollaborate with IT Project Management to support new project launches and coordinate technical activities.\nWork closely with Technical Account Managers to meet endpoint solution requirements for\nproject accounts.\nCoordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operations.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation and project plans for key initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement using scripting and\nmanagement tools.\nPrioritize and execute tasks based on operational needs and strategic goals.\nSupport IT and Operations leadership with technical escalations and recommendations.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role.\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)\nAzure/Intune\nCloud Virtual Desktop as a Service (DaaS)\nGroup Policy Management\nPatch management and endpoint security\nGoogle Cloud management\nIntermediate PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.\nProven expertise in Windows and server administration.\nExperience designing and deploying MECM infrastructure at scale.\nUnderstanding of IT architectures, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.\nExperience managing vendor relationships and supporting cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\nStrong documentation, presentation, and collaboration skills.\nExperience with Tanium and Kandji is a plus.\nWhat You Can Expect\n· Supportive of your career and professional development\n· An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged\n· A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values\n· Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits\n· And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)\n·\nOur business is about making customers happy.
