Acting as a key escalation point within HPE’s Customer Solution Center, you will help resolve complex infrastructure issues, improve platform reliability, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical services. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern datacenter technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers, and continuously expand your technical expertise.\n\nOn a typical day, you’ll:\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and Nutanix environments.\n\nInvestigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to improve platform stability and performance.\n\nManage escalated cases and collaborate with customers, engineers, and service partners to ensure timely resolution.\n\nSupport enterprise infrastructure technologies, including virtualization platforms, server hardware, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.\n\nContribute to infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvements.\n\nCreate technical documentation, share knowledge with colleagues, and support the development of junior team members.\n\nWhy You? If the ability to connect yourself is what you bring to the table… along with the following:\n\nFluency in English;\n\n3+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments and infrastructure technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and one or more virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage complex technical issues.\n\nExperience working in customer-facing technical support, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environments.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your technical expertise.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with Nutanix, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell scripting, and automation.\n\nKnowledge of HPE technologies such as ProLiant, Synergy, OneView, and iLO.\n\nRelevant Microsoft, VMware, Azure, or infrastructure certifications.\n\nExperience mentoring colleagues or leading technical activities.\n\nNATO Clearance.\n\nJoin our team and be a part of our commitment to excellence in logistics services!
