Security Manager (m/w/d)\nThe area of responsibility includes:\nImplement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework\nMonitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigation, and recovery activities\nConduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures\nLead vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability assessments, prioritization, remediation planning, and verification\nCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure security is integrated into projects and new technology implementations\nCoordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security audits\nSupport disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience initiatives\nDeliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization\nPrepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, and risk presentations for executive management\nAct as the primary cybersecurity advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives\nRequirements\nTo be expected:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security\nStrong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:\nISO/IEC 27001\nNIS2\nHands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies\nStrong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration\nExperience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring\nGood understanding of cloud security, identity
