Plans, organizes, and accomplishes the daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for assigned area with regard to safety, quality, productivity, on time delivery and cost performance. Monitors quantitative performance metrics and takes corrective actions as required to attain goals established by Management. Applies appropriate structured problem solving methods and techniques to improve performance.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupervises through effective selection, training and performance evaluation of members and through effective delegation and follow up tasks. Partners with HR to lead the hiring process for new production personnel.\nResponsible to lead shift personnel in daily operations to meet production requirements. Schedules and assigns work within the unit to regulate workflow and meet required schedules while ensuring focus is on providing quality and on-time deliveries.\nIdentifies problems in a product, equipment, quality, safety and/or employee relations. Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborates with manager to establish a level work load. Responsible for meeting the daily and weekly production schedule. Attends AM production meeting and provides backlog updates.\nAccomplish all job related paperwork in the most accurate, timely and ethical manner.\nMaintains a high degree of quality in all work performed. Ability to interpret essential build documentation including data, blueprints, customer and industry specs.\nGood English and mathematical skills. Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.\nGood software skills with working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nComputer hardware skills are a plus, as is knowledge of Linux OS.\nAbility to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and flexible to work weekends as needed.\nEducation:\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree preferred\nMinimum 2+ years’ technical related experience or equivalent in a manufacturing or design environment.\nPrevious experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nTTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.
