TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.\nAdditional information can be found at www.ttm.com\nThis position is located at 6457 Fly Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for assuring manufacturing process is running per procedure or conducting engineering tests\nMonitors manufacturing process or performs failure analysis for engineering or quality\nTakes measurements for process control or gathers measurement data for engineering\nRe-writes documentation to update new practices or writes and prepares reports for engineering or quality\nResponds to data on process control charts or maintains material movement spreadsheets and reports results\nRuns tests through production process line or assists process engineer with evaluating data\nResponsible for all processes within manufacturing and/or support the efforts of engineers\nPerform process control activities such as measuring product or performing tests\nFollow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals\nEssential Knowledge and Skills:\nAbility to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job\nAble to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong desire and willingness to learn\nFamiliar with PC applications\nEducation and Experience:\nAssociate’s Degree (or in final stages of completion) in Engineering, Chemistry, or Manufacturing; or equivalent experience required.\nStrong math skills, especially statistics\nTechnicians will undergo chemical handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nTTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.\nCompensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:\n$41,940 - $66,292Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
