This role coordinates engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver PCB products that meet customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong program/project management discipline with a working understanding of PCB fabrication and the judgment to serve as the customer's advocate inside the factory.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nProgram Delivery\nOwn end-to-end program delivery for assigned accounts, including new product introductions (NPI), prototype builds, and transition to volume production.\nReport on key performance indicators - on-time delivery (OTD), yield, cost, RMAs, and customer scorecard ratings - including regular updates on metrics and accomplishments to the management team.\nCustomer Relationship\nOwn the customer relationship, experience, and satisfaction for assigned accounts.\nAct as the voice of the customer internally; escalate and resolve issues proactively\nConduct technical and commercial program reviews with customers, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)\nCoordinate with Quality to support the customer complaint process, including RMA requests, returns documentation, and corrective-action follow-through.\nEngineering & Manufacturing Coordination\nPartner with Engineering (CAM/FEE and Process Engineering) to ensure manufacturability, timely DFM feedback, release of tooling and documentation, and support of yield improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate with Manufacturing Operations to align build schedules and capacity planning, resolve on-time delivery issues, and provide accurate order status.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain / Procurement to manage material lead times, laminate and Prepreg inventory, and material need dates.\nCommercial Support\nSupport annual and/or quarterly pricing reviews by providing yield, cost, and pricing analysis.\nSupport and coordinate with Inside Sales administration on contract and export compliance reviews, and order administration.\nEssential Knowledge & Skills\nCustomer-facing experience in a B2B manufacturing setting - able to hold difficult conversations on schedule and quality without damaging trust\nProgram/project management discipline - planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and structured escalation\nWorking knowledge of PCB fabrication\nAbility to interpret customer specifications, drawings, statements of work, and contractual requirements\nERP/MRP proficiency - Oracle experience required or strongly preferred; able to navigate order status, need dates, and material availability independently\n Microsoft Office proficiency - Outlook, Word, Excel (data analysis and reporting), PowerPoint (customer-facing presentations)\nCommunication - articulate speaker who adjusts message and depth to audience, from the shop floor to customer executive leadership\nCross-functional influence - able to coordinate and work effectively across departments, external companies, and varied personalities without direct authority\nPrioritization under pressure - manages competing program demands and communicates trade-offs early\nSome mechanical aptitude an asset\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\n5+ years of combined customer-facing and program/project management experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 3+ years in program or project management\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field - or equivalent progressive experience in manufacturing program management\nDemonstrated experience managing customer programs in a contract or build-to-print manufacturing model\nPreferred\n Printed circuit board fabrication or PCB assembly (PCBA) experience - including EMS environments\nExperience supporting aerospace & defense, medical, or other regulated-industry customers\nPosting Disclosure:\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.
