are looking for a DWH Analyst to join an international project focused on developing and improving global Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.\nIn this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and data solutions by analyzing business needs, defining analytical and data requirements, working with data structures and flows, and supporting the design and quality of DWH and BI solutions.\nResponsibilities\nApproximately 2-6 years of professional experience as a DWH Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business/Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.\nGood understanding of business requirements analysis and the ability to translate business needs into data and analytical solutions.\nPractical experience with SQL for data analysis, querying databases, and data validation.\nGood understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and architecture.\nKnowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration principles.\nWorking knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts.\nExperience working with analytical datasets and data quality validation.\nExperience with Power BI, including reports, dashboards, and semantic models.\nAbility to participate in stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and clarify analytical needs.\nExperience preparing documentation, data mappings, analytical outputs, and insights.\nAbility to independently deliver small to medium-sized analytical tasks.\nExperience working in an Agile or similar delivery environment.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.\nEnglish at minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred.\nA Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.\nNice to have\nStrong knowledge of Snowflake.\nAdvanced knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Apps.\nPractical knowledge of Python.\nKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence methods.\nExperience with IT compliance, internal controls, or external audits, such as SOC or SOX.\nRequirements\nConduct end-to-end business and data analysis, from understanding business needs to defining and validating analytical requirements.\nGather, clarify, and document business, functional, and data requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear analytical specifications, data requirements, and use cases.\nAnalyze and profile data to validate business processes, identify data gaps, and support analytical conclusions.\nSupport the design and development of Data Warehouse structures, data flows, and analytical datasets.\nWork with ETL/ELT processes and contribute to improving data integration and transformation logic.\nUse SQL to analyze, query, validate, and reconcile data.\nSupport the design of data models and ensure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation.\nCooperate with development teams on the implementation of DWH and BI solutions.\nBuild or support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical models in Power BI.\nPerform testing and validation of delivered data solutions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.\nSupport incident and problem analysis related to data, DWH, and BI solutions.\nMaintain documentation of data logic, mappings, assumptions, and analytical solutions.\nCollaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to
