Practice Manager – Low-Code & Automation

Our current team is made up of 5 experienced consultants and developers for Webcon and Power Platform, efficiently handling a growing project pipeline. We’re seeing increasing demand for low-code solutions - that’s why we’re planning to expand the team and steadily build up our skills.

Responsibilities

• 6+ yearsin low-code/ workflow/ BPM, including2-3 yearsas a team leader.
• Workedfor a consulting orsoftware house.
• Managinga team of 5-10 people.
• Documentedworkin atleastone othertool(Webcon, UiPath, Power Platform) knowledgeallowingto verifyestimatesand others' solutions.
• Understandingintegrationsatthe architecturelevel: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP (SAP, Dynamics).
• Experienceallowingsettingthe boundarybetweenlow-code/ high-codeand the abilityto justifyit.
• Understandingdesign issues: environments, standards, documentation, handoverfor maintenance.
• Ability to conduct initial meetings with the business along with at least basic process mapping (BPMN).
• Experienceworkingwith aninternationalclients.
• Polish, English at a communicative level.
• Processmining.
• Definingprojectscope, estimation, and defendingthe pricingdefenseof valuation, participationin RFP Language.
