You will coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with business and technology stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery - from planning and governance through implementation, adoption and benefits realization.\nResponsibilities\n8+ years of experience in project or program management, including at least 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation or ERP-related initiatives.\nProven experience managing international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nStrong understanding of the analytics delivery lifecycle - from business requirements and data sourcing through data modeling, reporting, testing, deployment and operational handover.\nExperience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses and modern analytics ecosystems.\nPractical knowledge of technologies and platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.\nPractical understanding of enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.\nStrong experience managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams and external partners.\nExperience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nExperience establishing project governance and project reporting, preferably using Azure DevOps.\nStrong negotiation, facilitation, presentation and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, matrixed international environment.\n Fluent English (minimum C1).\nMaster’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nCertifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP or SnowPro Core will be considered an advantage.\nRequirements\nLead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, data management, reporting and AI-related projects.\nManage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.\nEstablish project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms and communication plans.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Snowflake Developers, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Developers, AI Engineers, ERP specialists and external vendors.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams to align project objectives with business priorities.\nFacilitate project workshops, steering committees, status meetings and executive-level reporting.\nManage resource planning, milestones, project budgets and delivery dependencies.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues and delivery obstacles.\nDrive change management and business adoption of delivered solutions.\nEnsure compliance with governance processes, security standards and project management best practices.\nManage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.\nMaintain project documentation, including project plans, decision logs and RAID registers.\nMonitor benefits realization and post-go-live
