Frequently: standing, kneeling, stretching, reaching, gripping tools or objects and bending at the waist. Regularly: walking, crouching, and twisting while standing. Occasionally: sitting, crawling, and twisting while sitting for 1 hour or less.\nLifting: car parts from 1-50lbs for 10 hours (10-25lbs frequently, 25-50lbs regularly)\nPushing: hand trucks weighing up to 100 lbs to move tools frequently, wrenches weighing up to 10 lbs to tighten bolts\nPulling: 10-25 lbs frequently, 25-50lbs regularly, over 50 lbs occasionally, and cables up to 100lbs to pull lines regularly\nRequires indoor work 8 hours per day, and outdoor work 2 hours per day.
