If you know how to create engaging content, feel confident on camera, understand what makes someone stop scrolling, and are excited to learn the strategy behind high-performing ads, we’ll teach you the rest.\n What You’ll Do\n Shoot up to 10 pieces of content a week across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead\n Create content across in the categories you know best - whether haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more\n Shoot and edit content on your phone - fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll\n\n Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others - friends, creators, and actors\n Use performance data to guide what you shoot next\n What You Bring\n Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required);\n On-camera experience or UGC background;\n Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone;\n Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools;\n Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs;\n Organized, communicative, and fast-moving.\n Bonus Points\n You’ve created content that drove real results (sales, sign-ups, engagement)\n
