The Role TubeScience is seeking a hands-on Studio Production Lead who knows how to make great social-first content efficiently, solve problems quickly, and keep a busy production studio running. This is a working lead role, not a traditional administrative management position. The right person understands camera, lighting, grip, sound, and production workflows; supports lean crews; and gets the most from existing equipment, sets, and resources. The Studio Production Lead provides day-to-day operational direction and technical guidance to studio personnel.
