You must be willing to travel to our San Francisco office 2 days/week. \nWhat You'll Do:\nBuild industry-leading recommendation, ranking, search, and personalization systems that improve viewer engagement and retention\nPartner with machine learning and engineering leaders to advance large-scale recommendation systems, deep learning, foundation models, and applied AI\nDrive product strategy for the signals, features and content attributes that power personalized experiences\nLeverage AI and machine learning to better understand content, predict viewer preferences, and inform content acquisition and programming decisions \nAnalyze performance of AI/machine learning approaches and develop strategies and execution plans to increase the associated business impact\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create durable competitive advantages for Tubi\nBe accountable for achieving company-level growth objectives\nLead the growth and development of a high performing team of Product Managers\nYour Background:\n8+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing products\n4+ years of experience leading and managing product teams\nDeep experience and understanding of modern machine learning approaches, including recommender systems, deep learning, retrieval and ranking architectures, large language models, and foundation models\nAbility to partner with senior engineering, machine learning, and data science leaders on model architecture, experimentation strategy, infrastructure investments, and technical roadmaps\nSolid understanding of machine learning evaluation methodologies\nAbility to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior executive teams across the company\nPassion for applying leading edge AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex consumer problems\nPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
