# Supervisor, Content Operations

About the Role: We are looking for an innovative and organized Content Operations Supervisor to help lead our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will serve as the group leader and have excellent communication and leadership abilities. You will be interacting with the content ops team, conducting project planning meetings, working with the team to manage workload and collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, business development, product etc. to ensure a unified approach to business and product goals. This role will report directly to the Director, Content Operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, running the daily operations of assigning pipeline workflows; create documentation and process; point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; and ensure all assets arrive ahead of schedule and are processed by the expected launch dates. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office two days/week.
