You must be willing to travel to our San Francisco office two days/week. \nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn the UI/UX across 19 different platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-performing experience for millions of users worldwide.\nLead and drive innovation in building experiment-driven features that push the boundaries of user experience in streaming.\nConsistently ship features and improvements across Web and OTT apps with minimal guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact updates.\nOptimize performance and reliability of OTT applications especially on low end platforms, ensuring smooth playback and interactions across various network conditions and devices.\nImprove and maintain the CI/CD pipeline to streamline deployments and ensure high-quality releases across all platforms.\nIdentify and implement improvements in shared UI components, platform-specific optimizations, and overall front-end infrastructure.\nMentor and collaborate with fellow engineers, sharing technical expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nYour Background:\n5+ years of experience developing high performing and scalable web applications using React JS, Redux, JavaScript, Web APIs, HTML5/CSS, and Typescript\nExperience leading engineering initiatives and effectively communicating with cross functional stakeholders\nExperience mentoring junior engineers\n#LI-CL1 \nPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
