You’ll develop messaging and positioning for targeted go-to-market motions, own customer segmentation and reporting, support product releases, and create product-related content. You'll have a deep understanding of the business, industry, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics that lead to new business opportunities.\nThis is an individual-contributor role focused on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality marketing assets and programs that help grow the business.\nThis is a completely remote opportunity within the Greater Toronto Area with the expectation of attending onsite meetings, functions, and events upon request. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our value to the market.\nKnow our customers - track our top midtail resellers across products and segments and report metrics on a regular cadence. \nLead product launches and release updates across our Domain Services portfolio.\nDevelop content for thought leadership, sales enablement, and promotional programs.\nCollaborate with Product Management on release updates and provide related product marketing assets.\nResearch and develop content and positioning for new business opportunities to support our Sales team.\nConduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive research that shapes product narratives and campaign development.\nOwn customer reporting, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.\nUse AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content drafting, and competitive analysis.\nQualifications required:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years in a product marketing role\n3+ years in a SaaS environment \nProven track record in establishing product marketing practices and processes\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear market-facing messaging\nExperience working with data to inform recommendations and track performance\nComfort using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of the domain industry, or related industries\nUnderstanding of agile marketing practices (Kanban)\nA Bit About You\nWant to know if this role is for you, keep reading.\nWe > Me speaks to you, and you are highly collaborative and open to learning from the perspectives of others. Who knows!\nThe base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
