Large Language Models (LLMs).\nDevelop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI systems.\nImplement prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM accuracy and performance.\nApply techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.\nLLM Engineering:\nBuild end-to-end LLM pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex.\nIntegrate vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.\nDevelop AI workflows involving multiple model interactions and tool integrations.\nContribute to improving LLM evaluation and monitoring frameworks.\nBackend & Platform Development:\nDevelop scalable Python-based backend services for AI applications.\nDesign and implement REST APIs for AI-driven systems.\nBuild systems using microservices architecture and distributed systems principles.\nData Infrastructure & Scalability:\nImplement scalable pipelines using Redis, message queues (Pub/Sub or Kafka), and caching mechanisms.\nArchitect backend systems capable of handling large-scale user traffic and AI workloads.\nEnsure system performance, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.\nCloud & Deployment:\nDeploy and manage AI systems on Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS/Azure.\nWork with cloud-native infrastructure for model deployment, scaling, and monitoring.\nCollaboration:\nCollaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.\nContinuously explore and adopt latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:\nComputer Science\nArtificial Intelligence.\nMachine Learning.\nData Science.\nor equivalent practical experience in AI/ML engineering.\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.\nAI / Machine Learning:\nStrong understanding of Transformer architecture.\nExperience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).\nKnowledge of RNNs, LSTMs, and the evolution toward transformer-based architectures.\nUnderstanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).\nLLM Engineering:\nPrompt engineering.\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.\nExperience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.\nExperience working with vector databases.\nBackend & Systems:\nPython programming.\nBuilding REST APIs.\nMicroservices architecture.\nDistributed systems design.\nData & Infrastructure:\nRedis.\nMessage queues such as Google Pub/Sub or Kafka.\nDesigning scalable backend systems.\nCloud Platforms:\n Google Cloud Platform (preferred).\nExperience with AWS or Azure also acceptable.\nGood to Have\nExperience building AI
