The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, hands-on experience with modern automation tools, and proven leadership skills to mentor Responsibilities\nLead the QA Automation team and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications.\nDefine automation strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nPerform API automation testing and validate RESTful services.\nImplement and maintain Mobile Automation for Android and iOS applications.\nIntegrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.\nReview automation code, test cases, and execution reports to ensure quality standards.\nMentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote automation best practices.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.\nTrack defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.\nProvide regular QA metrics, risk assessments, and project status updates to stakeholders.\nRequired Skills\n6-10 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation.\nStrong hands-on experience in Web Automation Testing.\nHands-on experience in API Automation Testing.\nExperience in Mobile Automation Testing.\nStrong understanding of automation frameworks, test architecture, and automation strategy.\nExperience leading QA teams and mentoring team members.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and
