The ideal candidate will have experience creating technical enablement content across multiple formats, a strong understanding of modern learning technologies, and familiarity with cloud, data, and enterprise technology platforms.\nThis role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Product, Support, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into started.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Content Development\nDesign and develop technical enablement content including e-learning modules (SCORM/xAPI), videos, assessments, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (VILT).\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-centric content for technical practitioners.\nCreate and maintain training curricula, learning paths, certification preparation materials, and onboarding programs.\nDevelop support-focused resources such as troubleshooting guides, playbooks, runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.\nLearning Platform Administration\nPublish, manage, and maintain training content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo or similar platforms.\nMonitor learner engagement, completion rates, and training effectiveness through LMS reporting and analytics.\nSupport hands-on learning experiences through lab authoring and delivery platforms such as Vocareum or equivalent solutions.\nTechnical Enablement\nDevelop enablement materials covering cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise software solutions.\nContinuously learn new product features, technologies, and platform capabilities, translating them into scalable training and enablement programs.\nPartner with technical SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.\nDesign learning experiences that improve technical proficiency and accelerate employee onboarding and productivity.\nSupport Enablement\nCreate training programs that improve support engineer productivity, troubleshooting capabilities, and customer issue resolution.\nBuild content aligned with support workflows, escalation processes, SLA management, and knowledge management best practices.\nDrive initiatives that improve case deflection, reduce ramp-up time, and increase support team confidence.\nMaintain and enhance support documentation to ensure consistent knowledge sharing across teams.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support Operations, and Enablement teams to identify training needs and prioritize content development.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.\nManage multiple concurrent enablement projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and business requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Training, Learning & Development, Technical Writing, or a related role.\nProven experience creating technical enablement content across multiple formats, including e-learning, assessments, videos, and instructor-led training.\nExperience with LMS platforms such as Docebo or similar systems.\nExperience with lab authoring and delivery platforms such as Vocareum or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with video creation and screen-recording tools such as Camtasia, Loom, or similar technologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders in technical environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies, data platforms, enterprise applications, or software development environments.\nExperience supporting technical support organizations or customer support enablement programs.\nKnowledge of support operations, ticket management processes, escalation frameworks, and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nExperience developing knowledge bases, troubleshooting documentation, operational playbooks, and runbooks.\nUnderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
