Customer Training / Customer Education (CE) Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of customer enablement programs.\nIn this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.\nYou will play a key role in scaling customer education initiatives through instructor-led training, self-paced learning, certifications, onboarding programs, webinars, Education Strategy\nDevelop and execute scalable customer training and enablement programs.\nDesign onboarding and adoption journeys for enterprise customers.\nCreate learning paths, certifications, and customer readiness frameworks.\nAlign training initiatives with customer lifecycle stages and business objectives.\nProgram Management\nManage end-to-end training operations including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external instructors/trainers.\nEnsure timely delivery of training programs and onboarding milestones.\nDrive continuous improvement of learning operations and enablement processes.\nContent & Learning Experience\nPartner with SMEs and instructional designers to develop engaging learning content.\nSupport the creation of e-learning modules, webinars, workshops, labs, and certification programs.\nEnsure learning content remains accurate, updated, and aligned with product releases.\nSupport localization and role-based learning experiences where required.\nCustomer Engagement & Enablement\nDeliver exceptional learner experiences for customers and partners.\nGather customer feedback and translate insights into program improvements.\nSupport strategic customer enablement initiatives and executive briefings.\nHelp customers maximize platform adoption and business value realization.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nTrack and analyze training KPIs including:Completion rates\nAdoption metrics\nSatisfaction scores\nCertification performance\n\nCreate dashboards and executive reports to measure program effectiveness.\nUse data-driven insights to optimize learning outcomes and engagement.\nAI & Innovation\nExplore AI-powered learning solutions and enablement strategies.\nLeverage automation and intelligent tools to scale customer education programs.\nContribute to modern learning experiences including conversational AI and personalized learning paths.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5-8 years of experience in:Customer Education\nTraining Operations\nLearning & Development\nEnablement\nProgram Management\n\nExperience managing enterprise customer training programs.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with LMS/TMS platforms and virtual learning tools.\nAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in SaaS, AI, Cloud, or Technology organizations.\nKnowledge of customer onboarding and adoption strategies.\nFamiliarity with instructional design principles.\nExperience with certifications, partner enablement, or global learning operations.\nExposure to AI-driven learning technologies and
