We are here for effective client servicing, taking care of our employees’ needs, and creating a success story to remember.\nWe are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and execution-oriented Global Training Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of instructor-led training programs delivered through a global ecosystem of Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), vendors, contractors, and internal instructors.\nThis individual will serve as the operational owner for training delivery, ensuring every training event is successfully staffed, scheduled, delivered, and measured while maintaining exceptional learner and customer experiences. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external training partners, instructors, and operations teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.\nThe ideal candidate is experienced in onsite, hybrid, and private training programs globally.\n*Ensure training events are delivered on time, at the highest quality, and in accordance with company standards.\nCoordinate training delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.\nMaintain delivery readiness by ensuring instructors, content, labs, logistics, and learner communications are in place before each class.\nVendor & Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Management\nServe as the primary operational liaison for all Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), vendors, and contracted training organizations.\nCoordinate instructor assignments across multiple delivery partners.\nMonitor vendor performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.\nConduct regular operational reviews with vendors.\nEnsure adherence to training quality standards, certification requirements, and operational processes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives with training partners.\nInstructor Resource Management\nForecast instructor demand based on global training schedules.\nOptimize instructor utilization across internal trainers and external partners.\nMatch instructors based on:\nTechnical certifications\nProduct expertise\nLanguage proficiency\nRegional requirements\nAvailability\nMaintain instructor readiness and certification compliance.\nCustomer & Learner Experience\nEnsure seamless learner experiences from registration through course completion.\nPartner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support enterprise training engagements.\nResolve operational issues proactively.\nManage escalations related to training delivery.\nMonitor learner feedback and drive improvements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nTraining Operations\nDevelop and improve global training delivery processes.\nStandardize operational procedures across regions.\nCreate playbooks and SOPs for delivery teams and vendors.\nIdentify opportunities to automate operational workflows.\nImprove scalability and operational efficiency.\nLearning Technology Management\nManage and optimize:\nLearning Management Systems (LMS)\nTraining Management Systems (TMS)\nScheduling platforms\nVirtual classroom platforms\nLab environments\nAttendance tracking\nInstructor management systems\nReporting & Analytics\nPrepare executive dashboards and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).\nQualifications Required\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n7+ years of experience in global training operations, learning delivery, enablement, or program management.\nExperience managing global instructor-led training programs.\nExperience working with third-party vendors or Authorized Training Partners.\nStrong project management and operational planning skills.\nExperience managing multiple priorities across different time zones.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience with LMS and training management platforms.\nStrong analytical and reporting
