The ideal candidate will have experience in designing e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions for corporate or academic environments. simulations).\nCollaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze content and convert it into instructionally sound learning materials.\nApply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centric solutions.\nDevelop storyboards, scripts, course outlines, and learning paths.\nUse e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.\nCreate measurable assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.\nMaintain content quality, consistency, branding, and accessibility standards.\nRecommend improvements based on learner feedback, analytics, and performance data.\nStay updated with instructional design trends, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of learning theories (Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model, etc.).\nExperience with e-learning tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and creativity in content
