Individuals in this role should possess a strong logical and technical bent of mind.\nPlease read the job criteria below and drop us an email at  OR create an account at our Recruitment Portal to get started.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nAs a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on the end-to-end project\ndelivery which includes -\nWorking in small teams as well as independently using agile programming techniques.\nSelf-starter who can think outside of the box, and come up with a solution to resolve and mitigate complex problems\nAble to extract, transform, and load big data sets.\nLearn, diagnose and implement features and bug fixes.\nImplement coding patterns and evangelist of best practices.\nDevelop technical designs for application development.\nProper continual knowledge management of work and process.\nEnsuring effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements is given on a timely basis.\nJob Requirements/Qualifications\nEducational Qualification: BE, BTech(CSE or IT) or MCA.\nMin 1 years of hands-on experience in programming in Java.\nKnowledge of Java, Spring & Batch\nThorough understanding of core Java, Spring framework.\nGood understanding of SCM and Project Management tools.\nEarlier experience of direct client interaction is a HUGE plus.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nProven work experience as an ETL Developer\nAbility to analyze a company’s big-picture data needs\nClear communication skills\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problem\nAbility to handle multiple sub project teams, tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands\nHigh comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture\nStrong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills;
