The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and LLMs. This role involves leading a team, defining started.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and development of AI/ML models and systems for real-world applications\nArchitect scalable and production-ready ML pipelines and data workflows\nWork on advanced AI areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders\nMentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists\nEnsure best practices in model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring\nDrive model optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements\nStay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement innovative solutions\nHandle end-to-end lifecycle: data preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8-10 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles\nStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn\nHands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT)\nSolid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Statistics\nExperience with model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs)\nStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nFamiliarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)\nStrong problem-solving and leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in building AI-driven products at scale\nExposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases\nKnowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks\nPrior experience in leading teams or projects\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field\nPhD is a plus\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership and mentoring ability\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility
