In this role, you will be the bridge between prospects, the sales team, and the product organization. You will understand customer business challenges, demonstrate product capabilities, manage post-demo follow-ups, support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and help convert opportunities into successful customer engagements. Testily and VoXgent.\nTailor demonstrations based on customer industry, use cases, and business objectives.\nShowcase AI capabilities, integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise features.\nDeliver both virtual and onsite product presentations.\nDiscovery & Solution Consulting\nConduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, business processes, and pain points.\nRecommend product capabilities and solution approaches aligned with customer needs.\nTranslate technical functionality into clear business value.\nSales Support\nPartner with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle.\nAssist in opportunity qualification and solution positioning.\nSupport RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations.\nParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.\nPost-Demo Follow-up\nEnsure timely follow-up after every demonstration.\nAddress customer questions and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams where needed.\nTrack action items and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.\nSchedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, workshops, and PoCs.\nProof of Concept (PoC)\nCoordinate PoC planning and execution.\nConfigure product demonstrations for customer-specific scenarios.\nMonitor PoC success criteria and provide regular updates.\nEnsure successful completion of PoCs leading to commercial discussions.\nProduct Expertise\nDevelop deep expertise in Testily and VoXgent features, AI capabilities, integrations, and product roadmap.\nStay current with competitor offerings and industry trends.\nProvide actionable customer feedback to Product Management.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nBuild trusted relationships with prospects and enterprise stakeholders.\nAct as the product advisor during evaluation cycles.\nEnsure a professional and consultative customer experience.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.\nContribute to demo environments, knowledge repositories, and product collateral.\nParticipate in product launches, webinars, customer events, and industry conferences.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.\n3-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Consulting, or Sales Engineering.\nExperience demonstrating SaaS, AI, CRM, QA Automation, or Enterprise Software products.\nStrong presentation and storytelling skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nAbility to understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.\nExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings when required.\nPreferred Skills\nUnderstanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.\nKnowledge of software testing, QA automation, and SDLC.\nFamiliarity with contact center platforms, conversational AI, and enterprise integrations.\nExposure to APIs, REST services, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.\nExperience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics,
