You will work closely with customers, account teams, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs while continuously improving operational efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable managing customer-facing programs independently and have a strong interest in using automation and AI-powered tools to simplify repetitive processes.\nKey ResponsibilitiesTraining Activation & Program Management\nOwn the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of training and enablement programs across APJ.\nWork with account teams and customer stakeholders to understand business and learning requirements.\nCoordinate training programs for executives, business users, and technical users.\nManage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and post-training activities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\nTrack learner participation, engagement, feedback, and program performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the learner and customer experience.\nDevelop customer success stories and reports highlighting the impact of training programs.\nManage multiple training programs and workstreams simultaneously.\nProvide support aligned with Singapore Time (SGT), approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 PM SGT / 10:00 AM-7:00 PM SGT, based on business requirements.\nProcess Automation\nReview and map existing training and event coordination processes across APJ.\nIdentify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming activities that can be automated.\nBuild and implement workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools, AI tools, scripts, or similar technologies.\nAutomate processes such as:Training scheduling\nRegistrations\nParticipant communication\nEvent logistics\nReporting\nFollow-ups\nData tracking\nTest new automation solutions, collect feedback, and continuously improve them.\nDocument automated workflows and processes for easy maintenance and scalability.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5-7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, training enablement, learning and development, or a related field.\nExperience managing customer-facing training, enablement, or learning programs.\nStrong project and program management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nProactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.\nExperience with process improvement and operational automation.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar workflow automation platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools, scripting, or low-code/no-code application development.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with enterprise customers.\nExperience working across the APJ region.\nKnowledge of SQL, data analytics, or reporting tools.\nExperience delivering or selling enterprise learning and training solutions.\nExperience creating customer success stories, business-impact reports, or case studies.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered productivity and automation
