This role is responsible for ensuring courses, learning paths, labs, assessments, and related assets are accurately versioned, quality-checked, released, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong release management discipline with excellent coordination skills and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), content repositories, and cross-functional teams including curriculum developers, instructional designers, trainers, and platform administrators. started.\nKey Responsibilities\nCourse Release Management\nManage the end-to-end release process for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning programs.\nCoordinate release schedules with curriculum development, product, training operations, and delivery teams.\nEnsure all required assets are available and approved prior to release.\nExecute scheduled releases according to release calendars and SLAs.\nSupport emergency releases and hotfix deployments when required.\nVersion Control & Content Governance\nMaintain version control for all learning assets including:Course materials\nStudent guides\nInstructor guides\nLabs\nAssessments\nPresentations\nVideos\nKnowledge articles\n\nTrack content revisions and maintain comprehensive release documentation.\nEnsure previous versions are archived according to retention policies.\nManage release notes and document changes between versions.\nQuality Assurance\nPerform release readiness validation including:File completeness\nFormatting consistency\nBroken link verification\nLab validation\nAssessment verification\nMetadata validation\nLMS configuration review\n\nVerify content across multiple delivery platforms before publication.\nCoordinate with QA teams to resolve release blockers.\nLearning Platform Administration\nPublish and update courses across LMS and learning platforms.\nConfigure course settings, prerequisites, learning paths, certifications, and catalogs.\nValidate learner experience across supported platforms.\nMonitor post-release issues and coordinate fixes.\nRelease Coordination\nAct as the primary coordinator between:Curriculum Development\nInstructional Design\nProduct Management\nTraining Operations\nPlatform Engineering\nQA Teams\nRegional Delivery Teams\n\nLead release readiness meetings.\nMaintain release calendars and deployment schedules.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain:Release schedules\nVersion history\nChange logs\nRelease documentation\nDeployment checklists\nRollback procedures\n\nPublish release notes for internal stakeholders.\nTrack release metrics and operational KPIs.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate release processes.\nImprove release workflows and governance.\nStandardize documentation and version control practices.\nRecommend tooling improvements for release management.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education Technology, or related field.\n3-7 years of experience in Release Management, Learning Operations, Content Operations, or LMS Administration.\nExperience managing version-controlled documentation and digital assets.\nStrong understanding of release lifecycle management.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar).\nExcellent organizational and project coordination skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in enterprise training organizations.\nKnowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and learning content packaging.\nExperience with Git, SharePoint, Confluence, or document management systems.\nFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.\nExperience with AI-enabled content management tools.\nExposure to Salesforce, Jira, Airtable, or similar operational
