The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration, along with the ability to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.\nPlease Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.\nManage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing technical guidance and leadership.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.\nCreate and maintain Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems.\nConduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and security.\nProvide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce environments.\nOversee the development of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.\nStay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities, and implement relevant updates.\nEnsure Salesforce projects are completed on time and within budget.\nPerform data migrations, integrations, and custom development as required.\nDrive Salesforce governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including administration and development.\nProven experience as a Salesforce Lead or similar role, leading Salesforce implementation projects.\nStrong expertise in Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.\nSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Architect (preferred).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
