The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and end-to-end validation of Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nValidate Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.\nTest Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.\nPerform API testing using tools such as Postman.\nIdentify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nSupport release validation and production deployments.\nEnsure overall product quality by implementing QA best practices.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience in Software QA with at least 3+ years of Salesforce testing.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nExperience in testing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex customizations, and Salesforce Flows.\nHands-on experience with manual testing and automation testing.\nExperience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.\nKnowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.\nExperience with SQL/SOQL for data validation.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience testing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.\nHealthcare domain experience is preferred.\nSalesforce Administrator or QA-related Salesforce certification is an added advantage.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX is a plus.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\n5+ years of Salesforce QA experience.\nHealthcare domain experience is preferred.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nImmediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be
