The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our clients’ business needs, with a focus on CPQ and CLM processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.\nPlease read the specific focus on Senior CPQ and Senior Config CLM modules.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDevelop comprehensive architectural diagrams, data models, and system integrations.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nConduct code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and security standards are met.\nMentor junior developers and share expertise in Salesforce CPQ and CLM.\nConfigure and customize Salesforce to implement CPQ and CLM solutions tailored to clients’ needs.\nLeverage declarative features and customize using Apex and Visualforce when necessary.\nDesign and implement integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.\nCollaborate with integration teams to optimize data exchange between Salesforce and external applications.\nWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nCommunicate technical solutions and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nJob Requirements/Qualifications\nEducational Qualification: BE/BTech (CSE or IT) or MCA.\n5-10 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on CPQ and CLM, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.\nSalesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified CLM Specialist,\nExpertise in Salesforce CPQ and CLM configuration, customization, and administration.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and data modeling.\nProficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.\nExperience with Salesforce integration tools and patterns.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal
