The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a proven track record of writing, editing, and publishing customer-facing support documentation that is clear, consistent, and easy to consume.\nThis role will focus on editing, standardizing, and publishing support articles to ensure accuracy, readability, and alignment with our brand and style guidelines.\nPlease read the job criteria below and and tone.\nCollaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure content completeness and correctness.\nMaintain consistency in style, structure, and terminology across all customer-facing documentation.\nManage publishing workflows in CMS or knowledge base platforms (e.g., Salesforce Knowledge, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.).\nProactively identify outdated or redundant content and coordinate updates.\nApply SEO best practices and accessibility standards to ensure optimal user experience.\nUphold and evolve editorial standards and content quality guidelines.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or documentation management-preferably in a software or technology environment.\nStrong command of written English and attention to detail.\nExperience working with structured content and enterprise CMS tools.\nProven ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with support knowledge base ecosystems and best practices for external customer content.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience editing or publishing content for SaaS, enterprise support, or developer platforms\nUnderstanding of terminology management and content governance.\nBasic HTML
