The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AWS AI services, and API development, along with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into .NET-based applications.\nPlease read the job criteria below and drop us an email at  OR create an account on our Recruitment Portal to get started.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.\nImplement supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including classification, regression, and clustering.\nPerform feature engineering, data preprocessing, model evaluation, optimization, and performance monitoring.\nDevelop AI-powered conversational applications, chatbots, document processing solutions, and automation systems.\nIntegrate LLMs such as GPT and Claude into enterprise workflows.\nDesign and implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG-based solutions.\nWork with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and Weaviate to support semantic search and knowledge retrieval.\nDevelop AI services and integrate models with enterprise applications using RESTful APIs.\nBuild and maintain data processing pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.\nWork with large and complex datasets, including healthcare and genomics data, where applicable.\nDevelop, deploy, monitor, and scale AI solutions using AWS services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Nextflow.\nDesign cloud-based AI architectures that support security, scalability, reliability, and performance.\nIntegrate AI models and services with .NET-based applications using ASP.NET Core, Blazor, MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.\nDevelop and maintain backend services, database integrations, and API connections within .NET environments.\nApply microservices architecture, API-first design, authentication, and security best practices.\nImplement MLOps workflows, Docker-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.\nPrepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and solution designs.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.\nSupport production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational reliability.\nRequired Technical Skills\nProficiency in Python and practical AI/ML solution development.\nStrong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, validation, evaluation, and feature engineering.\nExperience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.\nPractical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.\nExperience developing conversational AI, chatbots, and document processing solutions.\nKnowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.\nHands-on experience with AWS AI/ML and cloud services, particularly SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Nextflow.\nExperience deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments.\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integration.\nKnowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with ASP.NET Core, Blazor/MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and .NET application architecture.\nUnderstanding of authentication, application security, and cloud-based deployment environments.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.\nAWS AI/ML certification, with AWS Certified Machine Learning -
