The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET 8, Web APIs, database integration, and software architecture, along with an understanding of AI-enabled applications and modern development scalable applications using C#, .NET 8, and Web APIs.\nImplement real-time communication features using SignalR, including live chat and agent hand-off workflows.\nDevelop and maintain web applications using Blazor, where applicable.\nApply Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to build maintainable and testable solutions.\nDesign application components for scalability, performance, and testing isolation.\nDevelop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and integrations using SQL Server and Oracle.\nBuild repositories capable of handling complex Oracle stored procedures that return multiple cursors.\nIntegrate AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions using Python and/or TypeScript.\nApply foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.\nCollaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\nImplement secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.\nSupport containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps-related development practices.\nPrepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.\nCollaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and non-technical users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSupport production systems, critical deployments, troubleshooting, and operational activities as required.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.\nExperience with SignalR and real-time application development.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with Oracle database integration and complex stored procedures.\nUnderstanding of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and scalable application design.\nFamiliarity with Python and/or TypeScript.\nUnderstanding of LLMs, RAG, MCP, Generative AI, and prompt engineering concepts.\nKnowledge of Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\nEffective communication, technical documentation, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with Blazor Web Apps.\nExposure to healthcare, licensing, insurance, or other regulated domain systems.\nExperience working in structured project environments with formal documentation and delivery requirements.\nAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nWillingness to support critical production environments and
