This role will be responsible for developing partner programs that drive revenue growth, increase market reach, and enhance customer value through strong collaboration with channel partners, Development:\nDesign and implement scalable partner programs aligned with company growth objectives.\nDefine partner tiers, incentives, enablement frameworks, and performance metrics.\nDevelop partner onboarding, certification, and engagement processes.\nPartner Relationship Management:\nRecruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners.\nServe as primary point of contact for partner communications.\nConduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.\nRevenue & Growth:\nDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies.\nTrack and report on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and partner ROI.\nEnablement & Support:\nCreate partner training materials, toolkits, and sales enablement assets.\nWork with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns and events.\nEnsure partners have access to product updates, roadmap insights, and technical resources.\nProgram Optimization:\nAnalyze program performance and implement continuous improvements.\nGather partner feedback to refine processes and incentives.\nManage partner portals, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.\nExperience building and managing structured partner programs.\nStrong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.\nKnowledge of channel sales models and ecosystem
