The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of ABAP programming, debugging, performance optimization, and SAP application development.\nThe candidate will work closely with functional on our Recruitment Portal to get started.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming.\nWork on ABAP Reports, Interactive Reports, ALV Reports, and Smart Forms.\nDevelop and maintain SAP enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and customer exits.\nWork with Data Dictionary (DDIC), including tables, views, structures, and data elements.\nDevelop and maintain interfaces using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and other integration methods.\nPerform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of technical issues.\nOptimize ABAP programs to improve performance and efficiency.\nWork on SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms, as required.\nCollaborate with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and production support.\nPrepare technical specifications and maintain relevant development documentation.\nFollow SAP development standards and best practices.\nRequired Skills\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.\nStrong knowledge of ABAP programming and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPs).\nExperience with ALV Reports, Classical Reports, and Interactive Reports.\nHands-on experience with SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC).\nKnowledge of enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and customer exits.\nExperience with BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.\nStrong debugging and performance-tuning skills.\nExperience with Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, or Adobe Forms.\nUnderstanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI will be an advantage.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to SAP S/4HANA development.\nKnowledge of ABAP on HANA and CDS Views.\nFamiliarity with AMDP and modern ABAP syntax.\nExposure to SAP Fiori or OData services.\nExperience working in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical
