Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and related domains\nDevelop and maintain high-quality training materials such as course content, presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises\nConduct instructor-led sessions (classroom/virtual) and ensure effective knowledge transfer\nAssess training needs and customize programs based on business and client requirements\nEvaluate participant performance through assessments and provide actionable feedback\nStay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML and incorporate them into training programs\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals\nSupport pre-sales and client engagements by delivering technical demonstrations and training solutions, as required\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field\nMinimum 8+ years of experience in technical training, with a focus on AI/ML\nProven experience in delivering corporate or client-facing training programs\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong expertise in AI/ML algorithms and frameworks\nProficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn\nExperience in NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP\nBehavioral
