We focus on effective client servicing, employee growth, and creating success stories.\nPosition Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced and skilled **DevOps Engineer (On-Premises & Legacy Migration)** with 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Management, and Release Engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing on-premises Windows Server environments, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, infrastructure automation, and legacy application modernization and Server environments, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar tools.\nDevelop automation scripts using PowerShell, Shell Scripting, or Python.\nPerform legacy application assessment, modernization, and migration activities.\nPlan and execute server, application, and database migrations with minimal downtime.\nManage deployment processes, release engineering activities, and infrastructure configurations.\nConfigure and maintain networking components, load balancers, web servers, and related infrastructure.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nImplement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and security compliance.\nCollaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for smooth project delivery.\nMaintain technical documentation, migration plans, and deployment procedures.\nRequired Skills\nDevOps & CI/CD\nStrong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.\nExperience in build automation, deployment automation, and release management.\nUnderstanding of DevOps methodologies and practices.\n\nOperating Systems & Infrastructure\nStrong hands-on experience managing on-premises Windows Server environments.\nGood understanding of Windows Server administration and infrastructure management.\nKnowledge of Linux environments is an added advantage.\n\nScripting & Automation\nStrong scripting skills in PowerShell, Shell Scripting, or Python.\nExperience in automating infrastructure and deployment-related tasks.\n\nMigration & ModernizationExperience in legacy application assessment, modernization, and migration.\nHands-on experience with server, application, and database migrations.\nAbility to execute migrations with minimal downtime and business disruption.\n\nNetworking & Monitoring\nGood understanding of networking concepts, load balancers, DNS, and web servers.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.\n\nSecurity & Tools\nKnowledge of DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, and security compliance.\nFamiliarity with Git, version control systems, and infrastructure security best practices.\nStrong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident management.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBacheor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Management, or Release Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with on-premises Windows Server administration.\nProven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and legacy application migration.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
