customize training materials, hands-on labs, and learning paths aligned with client needs.\nTrain participants across key areas, including:Data Engineering (ETL processes, pipelines)\nData Warehousing and Analytics\nMachine Learning workflows\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to assess training requirements and define learning objectives.\nProvide ongoing learner support through Q&A sessions, hands-on exercises, and post-training guidance.\nContinuously update training content based on platform advancements and industry trends.\nPartner with internal teams to scale and standardize training programs across regions.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience with Delta Lake, Apache Spark, notebooks, workflows.\nProficiency in:Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala)\nSQL and data modeling\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\nFluency in French (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.\nProven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.\nAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications (e.g., Data Engineer, ML Engineer).\nExperience in curriculum design or instructional design.\nExposure to enterprise data platforms and large-scale implementations.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems
