You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes -\nDevise technical training programs according to organizational requirements\nProduce training schedules and classroom agenda\nDetermine course content according to objectives\nPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)\nExecute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually\nArrange for and conduct on-site training when needed\nKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.\nObserve and evaluate results of training programs\nDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements\nJob Requirements/Qualifications\nCandidates have experience of Java,Python,Data Engineering/AI/ML\nProven experience as technical trainer\nKnowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects\nExperience in designing technical course content\nAbility to address training needs with complete courses\nWorking knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)\nOutstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities\nDegree in a relevant technical field\nCertification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset\nEducational Qualification: BE/BTech (CSE or IT) or MCA\n5+ years of work
