We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.\nA career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.\nBroaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.\nCommunity: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.\nABOUT THE JOB\nAs part of our centralised auditing service, you'll conduct internal and external audits across TUI AOCs, ensuring all E&M activities (CAMO, Part 145 Organisations, Part 21 Organisations and associated service providers) comply with EASA, UK IOSA, and relevant aviation regulations.\nWorking within the TUI Airlines Auditor Pool, you'll collaborate with the Group Audit Standard & Delivery Manager to align audit planning and resource coordination across our operational domains.\nFollowing the identification of non-compliances, you'll review and validate root cause analyses, approve corrective action plans, and ensure effective implementation within agreed timeframes.\nYou'll conduct compliance checks of E&M manuals and documents, reviewing each revision for alignment with current regulations and internal procedures before operational approval.\nMonitoring external service providers and supporting wet-lease audits will be part of your remit, ensuring regulatory compliance through thorough evaluation in your field of expertise.\nWhether acting as a Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor, you'll maintain comprehensive oversight of compliance across all operational domains, with full access to necessary organisational areas.\nABOUT YOU\nYou will ideally have experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance, within the aviation industry.\nYou'll have in-depth understanding of EASA regulations, IOSA standards, and airline-specific operational practices.\nAuditor certification is desirable, with experience as a Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor in operational or technical scopes is advantageous.\nYour analytical skills enable you to assess compliance, identify risks, and evaluate corrective actions effectively.\nYou're an excellent communicator with proficiency in English, capable of influencing and supporting operational teams.\nOrganisational skills allow you to manage multiple audits simultaneously whilst maintaining detailed documentation in collaborative, cross-functional environments.\n#LI-CP1 #LI-Hybrid\nFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
