We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.\nA career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.\nBroaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams\nCommunity: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.\nABOUT THE JOB\nProvide real-time technical support and troubleshooting guidance to Flight Crew and engineers across the global network\nLead defect management calls with line stations and third-party providers, ensuring clear operational visibility\nProactively manage Deferred Defects and maintenance activity to protect aircraft availability\nWork closely with Flight Operations and Base Maintenance to maintain fleet readiness and minimise disruption\nCoordinate worldwide Line Maintenance activities, acting as the central point of control for engineering operations\nTake ownership of AOG situations, driving recovery plans and directing resolution across multiple stakeholders\nAct as the key interface between Line Maintenance, Part M, and support departments on airworthiness matters\nLiaise directly with OEMs including Boeing and component manufacturers on complex technical issues\nAnalyse component trends and drive effective troubleshooting strategies\nOptimise maintenance planning through effective use of the MEL\nProvide hands-on operational support where required\nDeputise for the MOC Duty Manager when needed\nABOUT YOU\nHold a valid CAA / EASA B1 or B2 Licence\nCompleted a recognised Aircraft Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent\nStrong experience in AOG recovery and operational decision-making\nConfident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment\nSolid working knowledge of AMOS and maintenance planning systems\nA problem-solver who can think logically and make sound decisions quickly\nStrong communicator, able to translate complex technical issues across teams\nAble to balance operational priorities with commercial impact (e.g. delay costs)\nOrganised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities\nWilling to travel at short notice to support operational requirements\nFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
