This includes being physically present at different locations on operational days to deliver excellent customer and cruise line service, including early starts and weekend work\nLiaise with cruise line representatives, shipboard teams and internal stakeholders to confirm operational requirements.\nCoordinate bookings and confirmations with transport providers, guides and other operational suppliers.\nAssist with on-site port operations and support the handling of operational issues during live delivery.\nPrepare and maintain operational documentation, inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely system updates.\nSupport call accounting, cost control activities and supplier invoice validation to ensure smooth financial processing.\nCoordinate operational staff, guides and drivers in line with schedules and operational plans.\nFollow service quality standards, Health & Safety procedures and Intercruises brand guidelines.\nRecruitment and scheduling casual pier, hotel and airport staff for our turnaround operations.\nManage Disney Cruise Line Lost and Found operations\nEnforce cruise line training and policies to local teams to ensure cruise line compliance and standards are met.\nFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
