RPA has been categorized as a Pio 2 system, for which an 8-hour restoration time has been agreed. RPA is essential for the finance department and other areas to function. \nEnsure compliance with security and data protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to avoid penalties imposed by the government.\nResponsibilities include managing RPA infrastructure and production resources, including licenses, virtual machine capacity, management server updates and server configuration, such as folders, assets, users and SSO settings. The role will ensure that TUI uses resources in the most effective and cost-efficient way.\nSupport secure access and system governance by handling Office 365 app access changes, reviewing access requests, validating ERP authorizations, and contributing to audit and compliance activities.\nCoordinate deployments, upgrades, and technical changes by introducing new robots into production, supporting software and platform upgrades, and working with internal teams and technology providers on implementation and performance improvements.\nAdminister and maintain the RPA platform by managing robot application patching, robot setup including VDI, UiPath-related configurations, and overall Office 365 environment support.\nABOUT YOU\nUniversity degree or appropriate training in Information Technology, System Administration, Informatics, or comparable practical experience in IT operations or automation support min 2 years experience. \nExperience with UiPath or other RPA solutions, Microsoft server and client operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, IT infrastructure and application development basics \nGood understanding of IT infrastructure, access management, application support, and production environments.\nKnowledge of ERP and business systems such as SAP, QAD, SharePoint, or similar platforms is an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively in a global matrix, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment.\nFluent in English, German language skill is a plus.\nFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
