We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.\nA career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.\nBroaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams\nCommunity: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.\nABOUT THE JOB\nYou'll develop advanced machine learning models and AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value across TUI.\nWorking across the full data science lifecycle, you'll translate business needs into technical solutions, from exploration and feature engineering through to deployment, monitoring and optimisation.\nYou'll partner with stakeholders across analytics, technology, engineering and business teams to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.\nBy collaborating closely with engineering teams, you'll help integrate models into production environments and support scalable, reliable AI solutions.\nYou'll explore emerging technologies, evaluate new tools and methodologies, and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen our data science capabilities.\nBeyond delivering impactful solutions, you'll mentor colleagues, share knowledge across the team and help build reusable frameworks, components and best practices.\nABOUT YOU\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience applying data science and machine learning to real-world business problems.\nStrong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical methods and analytical problem-solving enables you to tackle complex challenges with confidence.\nYou'll bring advanced Python programming skills and experience working with modern data science libraries and tools, Strong Python and SQL skills.\nExperience across the end-to-end data science lifecycle means you're comfortable moving from discovery and experimentation to production deployment.\nExperience with predictive modelling, recommendation systems, personalization, customer analytics, or similar use cases.Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing.\nYou're able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and adapt your approach for both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience on these would be an advantage:cloud platforms (AWS), Snowflake, or MLOps,GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or related AI technologies and travel, e-commerce, retail, CRM, or loyalty domains.\nFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
