ABOUT THE JOB
- You are the "face" of the club complex, because many threads come together with you and with your warm and attentive manner you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the holiday paradise
- You ensure that the ROBINSON feeling remains alive in the club and that the quality standards are maintained
- You work closely with the hotel management and department heads in the club and take on tasks in local and direct sales
- Budget planning is also part of your remit
- You supervise international teams and are jointly responsible for their recruitment, induction and motivation.
- Of course, you are especially present for our guests, whether with a nice chat over dinner, on stage in the evening or on one of the many other occasions in the club
ABOUT YOU
- preferably several years of management experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry
- Degree in business administration and ideally completed training in the hotel industry
- Professional experience abroad and the willingness to work for us worldwide
- Excellent language skills in German, English and ideally another language
- A good understanding of human nature as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
