We promote a healthy work life balance.\nDescription: \nOur Technician II's are responsible for delivering professional lawn care services, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products. This role involves diagnosing lawn issues, executing treatment plans, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. \nEducation: \nHigh school diploma or GED required. \nExperience: \nNo experience required \nPrevious experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application preferred but not required; training provided. \nObtaining & maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s) if applicable. \nSkills: \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. \nGood communication and time management skills. \nAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. \nWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. \nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. \nAbility to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices. \n General Responsibilities: \nSafely apply fertilizers, weed control, pest control, and other lawn care chemicals according to company guidelines and application guidelines. \nFollow the assigned route to complete daily scheduled services on time. \nEvaluate lawn conditions, including grass health, soil quality, and pest issues, to determine appropriate treatments. \nOperate and maintain application equipment, such as sprayers and spreaders, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. \nProvide friendly and professional interactions with customers, answering questions about services and products. \nEducate customers on best practices for maintaining their lawns after treatment, as well as any observed lawn issues and provide tips for ongoing maintenance. \nDocument and communicate any complex customer concerns or requests to the Service Manager for resolution. \nFollow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \nHandle chemicals responsibly, adhering to state and federal regulations as well as company standards. \nMaintain certifications or licenses required for chemical application. \nMaintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and application rates. \nSubmit daily service logs and reports to the Service Manager. \nMonitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs. \nClean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on application equipment to ensure reliability and safety. \nTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed. \nWe are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and provide consideration for an employment relationship without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, genetic predisposition, national origin, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.\nJob Type: Full-time\nSalary: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour\nSchedule:\n8 hour shift\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary plus generous commission plan\nHealth, Dental, Vision, Life and More Insurance\n401k\n401k Matching\nSick Time\nTwo Weeks Paid Vacation\nPaid Holidays\nNO SATURDAYS.
