Our marketing team includes specialists in content, creative, paid media, SEO, local search, CRM, and automation.\nWe are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to connect those specialties and ensure approved marketing work is planned, completed, published, tracked, and reported accurately.\nThe Opportunity\nOur marketing strategy and specialist capabilities are in place. The opportunity is to make execution more\nconsistent, visible, and accountable.\nThis role owns the delivery process that moves marketing initiatives from approved direction through verified completion. You will manage campaign and project schedules, coordinate contributors, resolve routine delivery issues, perform assigned publishing and quality assurance work, and maintain an accurate record of progress and results.\nThis is not a role for someone who only schedules meetings, sends reminders, or updates task lists. We need someone who takes ownership, recognizes incomplete work, resolves problems independently, and makes sure campaigns and projects reach the finish line correctly.\nYou will not replace our specialists or independently set marketing strategy. Specialists remain accountable for the quality, accuracy, and documentation of their craft. You will own the delivery system: handoffs, schedules, dependencies, readiness, assigned publishing, completion evidence, and reporting preparation.\nWhat You Will Own\nCampaign and Project Delivery\nTurn approved campaign or project direction into an actionable delivery plan with owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval points, and success measures.\nManage campaigns and marketing projects from handoff through verified publication or completion and initial performance reporting.\nIdentify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, and delivery risks before they affect launch dates or business outcomes.\nResolve routine execution issues directly and escalate material risks with a concise explanation and recommended next step.\nMaintain clear visibility into what is complete, what remains open, what is blocked, and who owns the next action.\nProduction and Publishing\nCoordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social content, tracking, and other campaign components without absorbing the specialists' craft responsibilities.\nPerform assigned routine publishing work across approved email, social media, website, CRM, and content platforms.\nSchedule approved content and campaigns accurately and on time.\nMake routine website or landing page updates using established templates.\nConfirm that the correct copy, creative, links, tracking, audiences, and approvals are in place before publication.\nVerify successful publication and document completion evidence.\nQuality Assurance and Campaign Readiness\nUse established checklists and the approved brief to review customer-facing materials before launch.\nConfirm required business, creative, technical, legal, and tracking approvals.\nReturn incomplete submissions for correction rather than moving them forward.\nVerify links, forms, phone numbers, tracking parameters, formatting, mobile presentation, audiences, and calls to action.\nDocument errors, rework, and recurring breakdowns so the underlying process can be improved.\nMarketing Operations\nMaintain the marketing calendar, production queue, campaign checklists, approval records, and recurring work schedule.\nKeep project management systems accurate and current so leadership does not need to reconstruct project status.\nOrganize campaign assets, final versions, supporting documents, and completion evidence.\nDocument repeatable workflows and maintain marketing standard operating procedures.\nTrack vendor and specialist commitments, deadlines, dependencies, and unresolved items.\nImprove handoffs among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners.\nReporting Preparation\nCollect required performance inputs from specialists and systems.\nConfirm that reporting periods, definitions, and data sources are consistent.\nIdentify missing data, conflicting figures, unsupported conclusions, and unexplained changes before reporting reaches leadership.\nSeparate completed activity from measurable business results.\nVerify that work described as complete has supporting evidence.\nPrepare clear weekly reporting materials for leadership review.\nTrack commitments, owners, deadlines, overdue items, corrective actions, and final outcomes.\nThe Marketing Growth Manager will remain responsible for interpreting performance, setting priorities, recommending investments, managing resources, and making strategic recommendations. You will ensure the underlying operating and reporting information is complete, accurate, and decision-ready.\nHow You Will Work With the Team\nYou will coordinate with internal contributors and external partners across content and editorial, graphic design and video, social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO and local search, CRM and marketing automation, website management, sales, and operations.\nRoutine delivery issues should be resolved directly with the responsible contributor. Budget exceptions, major priority conflicts, significant customer or revenue risks, and repeated performance problems should be escalated to the Marketing Growth Manager with a concise explanation and recommended action\nWhat Success Looks Like\nFirst 30 Days\nLearn TurFresh's marketing systems, contributors, vendors, workflows, and approval requirements.\nTake ownership of at least one recurring campaign process and one defined weekly reporting routine.\nEstablish an accurate view of active projects, owners, deadlines, blockers, and dependencies.\nBegin documenting unclear or inconsistent workflows.\nBy 60 Days\nIndependently manage the agreed marketing calendar and production queue.\nManage approved campaigns and projects from handoff through verified publication or completion.\nHandle routine follow-up, access issues, missing inputs, and delivery problems without returning them to the Marketing Growth Manager.\nPrepare complete and reconciled weekly reporting materials.\nEscalate material exceptions with recommended solutions.\nBy 90 Days\nAchieve at least 90 percent on-time delivery for campaigns and recurring marketing commitments.\nEnsure at least 95 percent of published work has documented approvals, functioning links, correct tracking, and completion evidence.\nMaintain 100 percent on-time completion of assigned recurring reports.\nEliminate overdue work that lacks a documented owner, next action, and escalation.\nReduce preventable publishing errors and avoidable rework from the established baseline.\nTransfer the majority of routine production coordination, publishing administration, and reporting preparation away from the Marketing Growth Manager.\nDemonstrate measurable improvements in delivery reliability, visibility, and accountability.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong project management and operational follow-through, including running multiple workstreams to a fixed date without losing track of dependencies.\nDemonstrated experience independently delivering marketing campaigns or projects from planning through publication or completion.\nHands-on experience with email, social media, website, CMS, or CRM publishing.\nPractical understanding of campaign quality assurance and tracking requirements.\nAbility to coordinate multiple contributors, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.\nStrong written communication and professional, assertive follow-up skills.\nComfort using spreadsheets and consolidating performance information.\nAbility to identify inconsistent, incomplete, or unsupported reporting.\nSound judgment about what to resolve independently and what to escalate.\nStrong attention to detail without losing sight of deadlines and business priorities.\nAbility to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with service businesses, multi-location companies, or lead-generation marketing.\nFamiliarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools.\nExperience coordinating freelancers, agencies, technical vendors, or distributed teams.\nFamiliarity with UTM tracking, forms, lead routing, landing pages, and basic marketing attribution.\nExperience creating or maintaining campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems.\nBasic ability to make routine website, email, or landing page changes within established templates.\nExperience with every platform is not required. Strong execution, judgment, learning ability, and ownership are more important than familiarity with a specific set of tools.\nThe Right Person for This Role\nTakes responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.\nNotices missing information before it becomes a deadline problem.\nFollows up consistently without requiring reminders.\nCan distinguish between work in progress and work that is complete and verified.\nIs comfortable returning incomplete work for correction.\nResolves ordinary problems independently.\nEscalates important issues early and brings a recommended next step.\nKeeps systems and reporting accurate enough that leadership can rely on them.\nEnjoys bringing structure and consistency to work involving multiple specialists.\nWhat This Role Is Not\nThis is not primarily a brand strategy, copywriting, graphic design, or paid media specialist position. It is also not a purely administrative project coordination role. The title reflects ownership of campaign and project delivery, not calendar and task administration.\nThe central responsibility is to ensure approved marketing priorities become complete, accurate, published, and measurable work while craft ownership remains with the appropriate specialists.\nSelection Process\nQualified candidates may complete a short live exercise involving a fixed launch date, missing inputs, an overdue review, and conflicting data. Candidates will explain how they would organize the work, resolve or escalate issues, verify completion, and report the result. We evaluate judgment, initiative, execution, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.","description_format":"text","description_chars":10340,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Argentina","iso":"AR","kind":"country"},{"name":"Brazil","iso":"BR","kind":"country"},{"name":"Colombia","iso":"CO","kind":"country"},{"name":"Mexico","iso":"MX","kind":"country"},{"name":"Chile","iso":"CL","kind":"country"},{"name":"Costa Rica","iso":"CR","kind":"country"},{"name":"Cuba","iso":"CU","kind":"country"},{"name":"Dominican Republic","iso":"DO","kind":"country"},{"name":"El Salvador","iso":"SV","kind":"country"},{"name":"Guatemala","iso":"GT","kind":"country"},{"name":"Panama","iso":"PA","kind":"country"},{"name":"Peru","iso":"PE","kind":"country"},{"name":"Venezuela","iso":"VE","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Facilities Management"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-03T17:26:11Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":18,"expected_fill_days":60,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-21T05:46:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/turfresh-marketing-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/turfresh-marketing-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-21T15:54:22Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":22515,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-22T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":7981},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=7981"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fturfresh-marketing-project-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fturfresh-marketing-project-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fturfresh-marketing-project-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/turfresh-marketing-project-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fturfresh-marketing-project-manager"}]}
