If you are compelled by this vision, let’s chat!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines. You will work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and modern data architecture.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading.\nImplement and enforce data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.\nPerform data cleaning, data profiling, and data validation to identify and resolve data discrepancies.\nDevelop and optimize data migration strategies for moving data between various systems.\nBuild and maintain reporting and analytics solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data requirements.\nImplement and manage data solutions based on medallion schema architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).\nDesign and implement data integration solutions for various data sources.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.\nProficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake).\nStrong experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.\nDemonstrated experience with data cleaning, data quality, and data migration.\nFamiliarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nUnderstanding of medallion schema architecture.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).\nFamiliarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.\nPrior startup experience.\nEducation &
