Turkcell’ in belirlediği standartların altında kalan başlıklarda firmalarla birlikte aksiyon alır, Sorumlu olduğu il, ilçe ve PTA (Perakende Ticaret Alanı) bulunan perakende mağaza sayılarının uygunluğunu Turkcell Destek Birimleri’nin raporlarına göre kontrol eder.
